Johnny D. was always fascinated with watches. He remembers getting his first LCD watch way back in the late 70's and how if you checked the time more than 30 times a day, it would need a new battery. He went through a lot of batteries. Later on he would buy every "inexpensive" watch he could scrounge up enough money to buy. His biggest purchase was a Casio Pathfinder with altitude, compass etc. So after countless Seiko's, Citizen's, Victorinox's, off brand names, even his Dad's Longines, he finally bought his first Huawei Smartwatch little less than a year ago. He was immediately smitten with the technology and after purchasing and downloading watches, he started learning to make them. It was quite a learning curve but then again, he never backed down from a challenge. Going on forums and communities, he watched, looked & asked questions and learned all the tricks. He is now considered as one of the Master's of creating the dim glows that are in such demand and innovated techniques to create crazy luminescent glows unheralded before. He still occasionally makes them on request, for free. His recent foray in Samsung's Gear Watches is in progress. Yet another learning curve. Knowing Johnny D., we're sure great things are still to come.
